Not only is he friendly and knowledgeable, but he’s also a total cocktail wizard. He made me a custom drink that was exactly what I didn’t know I needed—fresh, layered, and absolutely delicious. Ed’s needs to be at the top of your list to try ASAP! The sandwiches are huge and pack a full punch of so much delicious flavor! I ordered the Reuben, my friends ordered the Turkey on Focaccia & Roast Beef sandwich and they were all AMAZING! For sides we got the cucumber salad and olive salads.. def recommend everything on the menu! Important tip: save room for dessert The staff was super helpful and service was very fast. The ambiance is very welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

Our office ordered Ed's Deli for catering during an employee lunch. We let the deli pick what meats and cheeses went on the sandwiches. They did not disappoint. They were super accommodating and cognizant of allergies and dietary restrictions, providing veggie sandwiches for our vegans. Ed's staff helped me get all of the boxes and trays to my car. Portions were generous, people were happy. Not pictured was a giant salad, tray of cookies, and extra tomato, onion, mayo, etc.

Everything looked so good, our group of 4 ordered basically everything and shared! It was so delicious! The bartender made drinks that went really well with the meal. Highly recommend this deli!!

Accidentally came across this place going to the store next door. We thought it was a simple deli and didn’t expect a bar/restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious! I’m glad we found this gem! Fried bologna, ham and cheese, chicken cordon blue. We will be back!

Wow!! They make an amazing sandwich! If you love a great sandwich like I do, this is a must-try spot. If you live anywhere near Edwardsville, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. Update - we’ve been here several times now and each time we are blown away by the delicious food , cocktails, and service. This is one of the top spots in Edwardsville for sure.

Really, really good! The roast beef and Reuben sandwiches, wedge salad, vegetable beef soup, and spicy Asian cucumber salad were all delicious. Roast beef was the best I can recall having. They wait on you at the table if you eat in, and it's a very comfortable, open and clean looking, friendly environment. The quality and taste are well worth the prices in my opinion. We will be back.

Such a great addition to the downtown area! A friend and I went in for lunch on a Thursday and were sat right away. They have sit down service and takeaway. The prices are more than your typical sandwich shop, but the quality justifies the price. We got the fried bologna and chicken salad sandwich to split, then upgraded to the Brussels and cucumber salads. Everything was amazing!! You can tell how much care was put into every single menu item. Our server was kind and made sure our drink was filled. This was the perfect semi-casual lunch spot. Highly recommend!
